Cosmopharmac has recently adopted a management system aligned with PdR 125:2022 and is committed to creating a work environment that safeguards the physical and mental well-being of its employees, promotes gender equality, protects diversity, and supports women’s empowerment.

To this end, training programs on gender equality topics (e.g., harassment, stereotypes, discrimination) are promoted, ensuring participation from all employees.
Management, in coordination with the Steering Committee, promotes behaviors that ensure an inclusive environment.

In terms of staff management, the executive team ensures that the company’s reward system is based on merit-based and independent of gender, and that during the hiring process, the sole selection criterion is competence.

Regarding communication, management has approved inclusive language guidelines, which have been shared with all staff and are to be used for both internal and external communications.
